Michael Lux was amazing, felt like we have been taking a class with him several days already. Really
educated it class and his knowledge was beyond. Answered every question. Looking forward to next
class with him if any are coming up.

Excellent class . A long drive to get to this office but it was Al worth it . I learn a lot about the loans that
will make me a better realtor and communicate my knowledge with my customers.

I was very disappointed by his presentation. He was confusing, jumped around, drank bottles of water
throughout the presentation, had his phone on, even looked fatigued and bored. He was talking through
the presentation and forgot to change the slides so if you didn’t print out a copy of his presentation you
had nothing to look at. Finally after page 6 or 10, he would updated the slide.

Michael Lux is a good Instructor. Enjoyed class.

The instructor is very knowledgeable. But, in my opinion is like seeing my brother, (who I know him since I
was born) is too relaxing scratching his back, neck, head etc. I understand he can be in the business for

Mr Lux vast experience in the Real Estate Finance was evident. This class was a beneficial tool to learn
about interest rates, types of loan programs and many other subjects from someone that knows how to
explain with ease. I will definitely look for Michael’s classes in the future as I have a lot to learn and he is

After an entire day with Gonzalo Mejia, Michael Lux was a tough pill to swallow. He doesn’t present well.
The info was dry and delivery was mechanical. Sorry to say.

It was hard to follow because his delivery was very boring.

Loved the class, lots of information, and up to date information.
